Tasting Note

A complex nose with red fruit and spices. Delicate on the palate, fine tannins and good balance. A robust wine. Serve at 16-18°C. Drink within 10 years.

 

Food pairing

This is a wine for ageing which will accompany most main courses. Particularly excellent with red meats.
