Tasting Note

A late-harvest wine (grapes picked in December). Unctuous on the nose with aromas of honey and fig. A soft, round attack with apricot and mandarine. A voluptuous finish. Serve at 8-10°C. Drink within 15 years.

 

Food pairing

A great wine with desserts and also cheese.
