Tasting Note

This Sonata is an overture of aromas with the black fruits of Cornalin and wild notes from the Humagne Rouge which also brings a flash of vitality to a precise structure. The characteristics of Syrah remind us of its origins in the Northern Côtes du Rhône. Serve at 16-18°C. Drink within 8 years.

Particularly excellent with red meats.
